Personal
I'm originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut. But numerous relocations across the country left me with a yearning to settle in the Carolinas, where my parents had retired years before.
After moving to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I had the good fortune of becoming part of a family owned and run firm that did just about everything under this warm Carolina sun...property management, association management and the traditional listing and sale of residential homes.
After not quite 10 years I sought the independence of sales again. Many of the people we see in this resort area have limited time; they are on vacation, visiting friends or family. Those folks who live in the area frequently have to "fit in" time for real estate exploration with the important activity of making a living. The ability to be flexible with time is absolutely essential. So when you call or write, I'll be calling or writing back just as soon as possible.
